Our Location
The Stow Shetland Pony Stud is located on the edge of the serene Highland village of Conon Bridge. It is around a half hour drive North from Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands.  It is also around a forty five minute drive from Inverness Airport.

Teanahaun CroftThe Google map (opposite) shows the exact location of the stud, which is located within the premises of the Teanahaun Croft (pictured on left).  The croft can be seen from the main road (A835), when driving North.  When approaching from the South (Inverness), you should turn off at School Road, which is on the left hand side of main road.  Taking the first road to the left again (Old Leneag Road) will leave you around one hundred metres from the front gate of the Teanahaun Croft.

The Highlands of Scotland are steeped in history and the area features strongly in many great literary pieces, not the least of which is Shakespeare's 'Macbeth'.  For this reason, it is certainly worth considering spending a bit of time sightseeing, when in the area. Whilst here, you would be very welcome to join Jim and Renee and have a look at some or all of the ponies in the 'Stow Shetland Pony Stud'. Jim and Renee only ask that you give them good notice of any intended visit.
